To ensure efficient and secure handling of your belongings, stow.ing requires the use of the Greenmade 27 Gallon Storage Bin. These standardized bins allow us to maximize storage capacity within our facilities and optimize space in our delivery vehicles.

Our driver will apply two tracking stickers to the short end of each of your bins during pickup. You are welcome to lock your bins before pickup. Our team will not need to open them.

For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot store liquids of any kind, food or perishables, plants, flammables, explosives, firearms, illegal goods, or any bins over 50 lbs.

No, we don't require long-term annual leases. Stow.ing is flexible; you only pay for the time you need. Our standard plans do include a short initial commitment, after which you can add or remove bins at any point with monthly billing.

We treat your belongings with the utmost care, as if they were our own. Our facilities are secure and climate-controlled to ensure everything stays in great condition. However, in the rare event that something is lost or damaged while in our care, our liability is limited to $100.00 per container, as detailed in our Terms of Service. For items of higher value, we strongly recommend ensuring they are covered by your personal homeowners or renters insurance policy for complete peace of mind.

We recommend scheduling pickups and returns at least 7 days in advance to guarantee driver availability, especially during peak times. For now, all scheduling can be managed through your online account.
